About Artfello
Artfello is an international artist association connecting artists across borders and creating opportunities to exhibit, collaborate, and grow.
What began as a small local artist association has grown into an international community, with galleries in Sweden and Amsterdam, pop-up exhibitions around the world, and an online platform where our members can showcase and sell their work.
Today, our artists reach audiences across the globe through exhibitions, collaborations, and our online platform, which has grown into one of the world’s largest platforms for art and design.
Our goal is simple: to help our members achieve their artistic goals, reach new audiences, and grow their careers internationally.

Our Showrooms
Building on over a decade of experience through Galleri SoHo in Scandinavia, Artfello continues to develop a curated framework for contemporary creative practice.
Artfello Amsterdam is a curated exhibition space for contemporary art and design, operating through a staged installation process that bridges digital discovery with physical presentation.
The Amsterdam space forms part of the broader Artfello ecosystem, which bridges digital discovery with physical exhibition environments.
Alongside international pop-up exhibitions, gallery collaborations, and institutional partnerships, Artfello is developing a global cultural network focused on contemporary art, design, and spatial experience.
Galleri SoHo Västerås is dedicated to presenting selected artists and designers through curated shows and private viewings.
The gallery serves as a physical meeting point for collectors, visitors, and members of the creative community, offering a space where artworks can be experienced directly.
As part of the wider Artfello ecosystem, Galleri SoHo Västerås focuses on exhibitions and local engagement while supporting artists connected to the international platform.

CuratorArtfello Founders ?
From Galleri SoHo to Artfello
Thirteen years ago in 2013, when Vivianne Friedberg founded Galleri SoHo in Västerås, Sweden, creating a community where artists could exhibit, connect, and develop their work.
In 2016, Ghada Zaky, a fashion designer who had been part of the association from the beginning, and John Risberg, an entrepreneur with a background in education, continued the journey after Vivianne moved on.
Over the years, Galleri SoHo grew into an international artistic network, with exhibitions and collaborations reaching Málaga, Dubai, Cairo, Toronto, Paris, and many other places around the world. Today, we have galleries in Sweden and Amsterdam.
In 2026, Galleri SoHo became Artfello, simply an International Artist Association — carrying the same spirit forward into a growing global community where artists can exhibit, connect, collaborate, and grow across borders.

YOU CAN TRUST THIS GALLERY TO SUPPORT IT’S ARTISTS!
As a professional artist, photographer, and filmmaker for over 40 years—with work held in the permanent collections of MoMA (New York), the Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art (Amsterdam), and the Smithsonian American Art Museum (Washington, DC)—I can confidently say that after initially having reservations, I have come to deeply respect the Gallery and its co-owner Ghada Zaky, and I wholeheartedly recommend membership, as I am proud to be represented by a gallery that consistently works hard for its artists and always puts them first.

No Complains!
Since being approached by a gallery representative in summer 2024 and joining as a Home Artist, I have been consistently impressed by the professionalism and scope of their operations—from their facilities in Sweden and Egypt to an ambitious series of pop-up exhibitions in Amsterdam, Paris, and Dubai, with Toronto forthcoming—where my work has been featured throughout; my pieces have also appeared prominently in gallery interior presentations on their website, and working with co-owner Ghada Zaky has been a genuine pleasure, as she is always friendly and gracious, while the membership fees remain competitive—indeed lower than several galleries in the greater Washington, DC area—leaving me with no complaints and full confidence in the collaboration.

Artist Experience!
I traveled to Västerås, Sweden, to meet the directors of Galleri SoHo and was truly impressed by the beautiful gallery space they have created. I received a warm welcome, felt immediately part of a creative community, and had the opportunity to see my paintings installed while meeting fellow artists delivering their work.
I joined as a Home Artist because of the strong professional benefits, and I will soon be exhibiting in Amsterdam as part of a Galleri SoHo pop-up exhibition near the Van Gogh Museum. I highly recommend Galleri SoHo for its excellent online promotion and the opportunity to sell work through its online shop.

Art Buyer!
We write this as art buyers. About three years ago, after moving into our new home in Västerås, we purchased paintings, visual art, and ceramics from Galleri SoHo. Although the apartment was not newly built, it was new to us, and the artworks we found there complemented our space beautifully, bringing energy and character to the rooms without any renovation on our part.
The gallery guided us toward pieces that felt truly meaningful and personal. The art has transformed our home, and our visitors have expressed great appreciation as well.

Artist Experience!
I have been with Galleri Soho since October 2024, joining after a warm message through my website and an insightful Google meeting with CEO/Co-Owner Ghada Zaky, whose responsiveness and support, along with the visionary approach of both Ghada and John—combining brick-and-mortar galleries, a global online marketplace, an artist collective, and pop-up exhibits in major cities—demonstrate their passion, creativity, professionalism, and forward-thinking dedication to showcasing art in innovative and beautifully curated ways.
