Arlington Row in Bibury is one of the most famous and quintessential of English views that everyone recognises but fewer people know actually the whereabouts of. It’s been used as a filming location (eg Star Dust) and is utterly charming, but I do feel for the people who live there – the number of tourists who visit every year continues to grow, as more Brits choose staycations. Acrylics on A3 sized canvas The painting continues over the edge of the canvas, so this can be hung straightaway, without the need for framing. Of course it may be framed if so desired.
