La forêt boréale

The Boreal forest, shown here through a picture of numerous birches that stand proudly in the beginning of the winter season. They have lost all their leaves.which makes an interesting pattern of repetition of vertical lines that confers to the painting an aspect close to abstract painting. The Boreal forest as can be found in Northern Canada, is full of a diversified and typical nature, and I wish to depict here the beauty of birch trees typical of that part of Canada.
