The urge of a summer storm 50x40

The urge of a summer storm American tornado researchers claim that a tornado has an eye, and there is a possibility that the tornado's energy is self-aware. The eye of the tornado functions as its center. It tries to cooperate with the thrust of the storm to reduce its destructiveness. Here, too, summer storms become menacing and devastating. I get chills from them. I intended to paint that chill.
