When I painted this piece, I wanted to capture the peaceful, almost spiritual connection between water, forest, and human presence. The river became the heart of the painting, symbolizing movement, memory, and the quiet passage of time. The surrounding forest represents protection and stillness, while the misty distance invites reflection. I included the prayer flags as a symbol of hope, intention, and harmony between people and nature. Through layered textures and movement, I wanted viewers to not just see the landscape, but feel its calm and energy.
