02 · The story
This work was part of two personal exhibition: "In Enigmata" (Bucharest, 2025) and "Fragments of unstable body" (Bucharest, 2026) and it is part of the "Catharsis" series. Alos, it was part of the "Remembering to Be" exhibition, Cael Gallery, Milano (Italy, 2025) The series “Catharsis” (composed of eleven works) is dedicated to the women who have lost the loved ones, as a result of the extremely bloody conflicts that are ongoing worldwide (e.g., the war in Ukraine, the war between Israel and Hamas, etc.) and, at the same time, is a tribute to those who are no longer among us. The series is an inner search, in which the value of forms is not offered only by color, but by their interpretation. The brushstrokes follows its geometry and has the role of reveling the feeling, emotion but also the energy of the human being. The message is completed by the symbolism of the triskelion: a bridge between the earthly realm and the heavenly world, a holistic connection between the physical and the spiritual, but also the idea of accepting the pain and the natural cycle of life.
