Gondola Gondola

Lively, colourful acrylic painting of gondolas in Venice. The painting displays expressive, gestural brushwork depicting the boats, buildings and reflections in the canal. It captures a quiet moment of the gondolas moored in the canal. The colour palette conveys the strong, dynamic forms of the gondolas and their rich, dark colour which contrasts with the softer pastel shades of the surrounding buildings and their reflections in the water. The painting is mounted in a white wooden frame.
