Green fills the canvas, interrupted by bands and fragments of red that move horizontally across the surface. Yellow-green gathers near the bottom, intensifying the contrast rather than resolving it. The small painting feels electrically charged, with opposing colors held in a dense, repeating weave. Built through dense, impasto, my paintings transform repeated marks into fields of shifting color and light. Individual strokes remain visible within each gradual transition. The resulting surface feels atmospheric from a distance and rich up close.
