Blue-gray gathers across the top and eases through taupe and lavender toward a pale base. Red marks become more visible as the field lightens, puncturing the quiet progression with warmth. The painting feels suspended between dusk and dawn, with neither state fully claiming it. Built through dense, impasto, my paintings transform repeated marks into fields of shifting color and light. Individual strokes remain visible within each gradual transition. The resulting surface feels atmospheric from a distance and rich up close.
